What does the abbreviation HACCP mean?
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point, or HACCP for short, describes a safety system for the food industry. The risk management system which was originally designed for NASA is based on the analysis of all potential hazards in a production process. The break-down process ranges from personnel hygiene to related cleaning agents and supplier quality standards.
