Einschlafspray
To shorten the time it takes to fall asleep1 and for jet lag2
With passion flower extract
Free of preservatives and sugar
Current studies show that a large part of the German population does not sleep enough, usually less than seven hours per night. Yet sufficient rest is immensely important for the body's own regeneration processes. This is especially true when everyday life makes it increasingly difficult to find rest and switch off.
In order to find sleep more quickly, Dr. Wolz's Einschlafspray can be used as a natural sleep aid about half an hour before going to bed. It contains melatonin, which helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. Melatonin is an endogenous hormone that is produced in the pineal gland (epiphysis) in the brain. Darkness in particular stimulates melatonin production. Since melatonin controls sleep, among other things, it is also called the sleep hormone. If the day-night rhythm is out of balance, for example due to jet lag , it is also recommended to take melatonin.
The sleeping spray (Einschlafspray) also contains a high-quality passion flower extract, is vegan and free of preservatives and sugar.

A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important for health.
1 Melatonin contributes to the shortening of the time required to get to sleep. The beneficial impact is triggered if 1 mg melatonin is taken just before going to bed.
2 Melatonin aids in relieving the subjective sensation of jet lag. The positive effect begins if at least 0.5 mg is administered just before going to bed on the first day of travel, respectively, on the first few days after the arrival at the destination.
